returns & exchanges
First and foremost, customer service is our priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please feel free to contact us at hello@airliebaby.com with concerns or questions if they cannot be answered below.
Our return policy is 7 days from date of purchase for exchange or store credit. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with tags attached. Damaged and/or used or worn items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Our point of sale system requires a receipt in order to process a return. Therefore, customers must provide one of the following in order for us to look up the transaction: original receipt of purchase, gift receipt, digital receipt, or last four digits of the credit/debit card linked to the transaction. Returns cannot be accepted without proof of purchase. Your return will be processed and issued to an Airlie Baby gift card for you to use at your convenience.
Sale items and seasonal items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Other nonreturnable items include: gift cards, special order items, and any items not presented in original packaging or condition. Any items that have been damaged or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
